There is something with my metabolic rate
My daily diet:
Breakfast- two toast with butter, a glass of milk
Lunch- two or three chapatis, small bowl full of veg or non veg curry, some curd and some soft drink.
Evening snack- some sandwiches and a cup of lemon tea.
Dinner- dal, chawal, some subzi, one chapati, some curd and a bar or two of chocolate.
And a glass full of milk when i go to bed.
This plan changes whenever I go out with my pals. I prefer chinese whenever I eat out.
And I weigh around 50 kgs.
Still my mom keeps telling me that I look like an anorexic and I should eat more.
What to do??

you have not mentioned how tall u r.so neglecting the BMI factor i would suggest u to take more protein n less fat.chocolates, soft drinks can increase weight but tats just fat weight n m sure u don’t wanna gain tat. try jogging cuz cardio will help increase ur appetite

my height is 5′4″ and i have a decent built. i think my height and weight proportion is also quite decent.

dekh koi gadbad nahi hai…maan ja ki tu bahut junk food khati hai…maan ja!!
